28 Seasons is a Phoenix based food truck inspired by George and Sandra Miller’s love story and deep Southern roots. George was raised on a farm in Faison, North Carolina, where scratch made family recipes were passed down through generations, while Sandra’s roots trace to South Carolina and New York, where they first met as teenagers. After 28 years apart, including George’s service in the U.S. Army, the couple reunited, married in 2002, and opened Restaurant 28 in Glendale in 2005, where their Southern cuisine quickly became a success.

Today, they’ve brought their flavors to the streets of Phoenix with their mobile kitchen, along with their signature 28 Seasons spice products. Sandra, also connected to Moderna Tortilla, supports the venture as a wife, mother, and grandmother, helping her husband share their passion for heartfelt, Southern-inspired cooking.
