Ricky and Kristi are the passionate duo behind Chickies Coffee. With a shared love for community, craftsmanship, and quality coffee, they combined their unique skills to bring their dream to life. Ricky, a sustainability graduate from Arizona State University and experienced construction professional, used his hands-on expertise to restore his grandfather’s 1971 Datsun 521 pickup into a one-of-a-kind coffee truck. Kristi, the creative force behind the vision, helped shape every detail of the design and experience. Together, they built Chickies Coffee from the ground up—literally—infusing heart, heritage, and handcrafted charm into every cup they serve.
