Growing up in Germany, he was captivated by the artistry of elaborate ice cream creations – treat that looked more like masterpieces than desserts. In the spring of 2021, amidst the challenges of the pandemic, Merlin brought that childhood inspiration to life with a bold new venture: a food truck that blends nostalgic flavors with modern flair.
