meet the owners

The owners of Hibachibot food truck in Phoenix are a husband and wife who run this small business together. They lost their first son to cancer and started their business so their second son could grow up with them and they could be closer. Now that he is done with college and on his own, they still love working together and enjoy their food truck company.

  • Rice Bowl Combo

    Choose b/w grilled and marinated bulgogi steak, grilled chicken tenderloin or plant-based tofu on top of steaming white rice with red cabbage daikon slaw, green onions, cilantro and homemade sauces on the side to add for additional flavor. Served with a fried won ton

  • Korean Taco Combo

    Choose b/w grilled and marinated bulgogi steak, grilled chicken tenderloin or plant-based tofu; served inside 2 6" (not street taco size) lightly fried corn tortilla taco shells, with daikon slaw, green onions, cilantro and shredded colby jack cheese. Served with your choice of either a side of white or a fried won ton homemade sauces can be added for additional flavor (sriracha mayo is the chef recommendation)

  • Korean Fried Chicken Combo

    Twice Fried chicken breast tenderloin pieces - hand dredged and fried twice for extra crunch; served with your choice of either french fries or white rice. Add your sauces on the side

  • Mexorean Fries Combo

    Grilled bulgogi steak or chicken onto of fries with colby jack cheese torched on top and sprinkled with cilantro, green onions and a criss cross of sriracha; sour cream on the side
