Misfits Mac & Cheese food truck in Phoenix, AZ serves up a unique twist on a comfort classic — macaroni and cheese! They noticed there weren't many (if any) mac and cheese trucks out there, and thought, who doesn't love mac and cheese? That's how the Misfits Mac & Cheese food truck concept was born: topping creamy, homemade mac with sandwich-inspired favorites and bold flavors. Our menu ranges from Buffalo Chicken Mac to Philly Cheesesteak Mac, and one of our personal favorites, the Southwest Mac — loaded with chorizo, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, and crunchy tortilla strips. The response from family, friends, and event guests has been incredible, and we're excited to keep sharing our cheesy creations with new communities across the city.
Chef Matt has been cooking in professional kitchens for over 20 years and always dreamed of running his own show. After years in restaurants, he decided it was time to hit the road with a food truck of his own. His wife, Madison, trained as a pastry chef and brings 5-10 years of culinary experience to the team. Cooking has always been their shared passion, and together they're thrilled to bring their creative mac and cheese concept straight to the streets.
